Stunning view and ideal location. The hotel is situated in a great spot, offering easy access to nearby attractions and breathtaking views. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the restaurant served delicious food. We really enjoyed the scenic drive to get there, too.
Lack of communication about non-functioning hot water. This caused an inconvenience and upset our children who were looking forward to a bath.

The view from the room and restaurant was breathtaking, making our Christmas stay even more special. the hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to nearby attractions. On top of that, we enjoyed the excellent food quality that the restaurant offered.
We were not informed during check-in that there was no hot water available in the ofuro. This was frustrating for our family as we had kids who were looking forward to taking a warm bath.
